the answer is.
hacking is needed by the symbian 60 version 3 and version 5 so you could, install any application that you want specially your sis files.

you dont need anything. just download and install this application follow this simple steps and your done.


NOTE: this method is applicable only for s60v3, s60v5 & S^3 phones



REQUIREMENTS:

Anti-virus
Quarantine
RomPatcher+ Lite
xplore

must read:
in order to install X-plore
►Open Application Manager
►Choose Options, then Settings
►Switch Software installation to All
►adjust your phone date to dec 12,2008 then install xplore after installing reset it to recent date.

STEPS:

1. a.Open xplore, locate and highlight the tmquarantine.zip then press center key and you will see the tmquarantine folder.

                                                      b. extract the said file to [B]drive c.[B]

c. And you should get C:\tmquarantine\ path.


2. Install and launch the Anti-Virus.

3. Go to Options >Quarantine list and mark all those files(pathcershadow.ldd, patchers3.ldd, patcher.ldd)

4. Go Options - Restore all files

                                                                       5. Close Anti-Virus and delete it


6. Install RomPatcher+

7.Launch RomPatcher+ and apply open4all & installerver patch

> Open4all for access to all folders
>installserver.exe for installing unsign applications

NOTE: if your rompatcher have nothing to patch download and extract the PATCH to E\PATCHES. if you dont have a folder like that create one.

note: For those who have encountered the X symbol of installserver patch, just download and EXTRACT the compatible installserver.exe to C:\SYS\BIN. and no need to apply the patch in RomPatcher.

8. Then restart your phone..
